These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a placeholder for Himmel’s forthcoming agreement. By accessing or using Himmel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Himmel provides AI-assisted software design and delivery tools. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Early access and waitlist participation do not guarantee availability or continued access.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when you join the waitlist or create an account. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for keeping them secure.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Himmel, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems beyond applicable law, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.

4. Intellectual property

Himmel and its branding remain our property. Subject to your agreement with us, you retain rights in software and materials you provide. Generated outputs may be subject to additional terms once the product ships.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Himmel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid.
